• Charles Russell Hoyt, 33, of 602 S.W. C St. Apt. C was arrested Sunday in connection with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, refusing to submit to an intoxication test and fleeing on foot after an incident involving serious physical injury. Hoyt was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Kimberly Kay Marsh, 50, of 831 Lincoln Ave. in Siloam Springs was arrested Saturday in connection with two counts of felony failure to appear, two misdemeanor counts of failure to appear, obstructing governmental operations and possession of drug paraphernalia. Marsh was being held Sunday on a partial bond of $6,530.

Bella Vista

• Kenneth Knisley Atwell, 43, of 27 Basore Drive was arrested Saturday in connection with aggravate assault, second-degree domestic battery and terroristic threatening, all felonies. Atwell was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Shelley Nicole Heartley, 38, 27 Basore Drive was arrested Saturday in connection with felony second-degree domestic battery and misdemeanor criminal mischief. Heartley was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

• Mason White, 21, of 272 W. Wilson St. was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, improper safety equipment and a hold for another department. White was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $2,815 bond.

Rogers

• Howard Doug Shranks, 56, of 19219 N. Otter Branch Road in Randolph, Kan., was arrested Saturday in connection with second-degree sexual assault. Schanks was released Sunday from the Benton County Jail on a $10,000 bond.

Siloam Springs

• Jose Sosa Garza, 19, of 1050 N. Britt in Siloam Springs was arrested Friday in connection with misdemeanor counts of obstructing governmental operations, failure to appear, shoplifting and an out-of-state count of felony failure to appear. Garza was being held in the Benton County Jail on a $5,400 bond Sunday.

Springdale

• Robert Archer, 51, of 1851 West Dean St. in Fayetteville was arrested Saturday in connection with felony possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while intoxicated on drugs. Archer was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $3,500 bond.

• Steven Biggs, 34, of 1219 S. Thompson was arrested Sunday in connection with carrying prohibited weapons and terroristic threatening. Biggs was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center on a $5,000 bond.

Fayetteville

• An outbuilding on fire was reported at 11:35 p.m. Saturday from 2914 N. College Ave. Suite 2.

• A structure fire was reported at 11:25 p.m. Saturday from The Vue, 1111 W. Stadium Drive.

• An air conditioner on fire at Templeton Place Apartments was reported at 10:36 p.m. Saturday from the 1700 block of West Dean Street.

Accident

Bentonville

• A hit-and-run accident was reported at 11:07 a.m. Saturday from 312 N. Main St.

Fayetteville

• A hit-and-run accident was reported at 1:45 a.m. Sunday from 310 W. Dickson St.

• A hit-and-run accident was reported at 2:42 p.m. Saturday after a person damaged a silver Land Rover at 2875 W. Martin Luther King Blvd.

Rogers

• A 38-year-old man was hospitalized after a wreck at 12:53 a.m. Friday at the intersection of Dixieland Road and West Pleasant Grove Road.

• A wreck was reported at 10:56 p.m. Thursday from Dixieland Road and West Pleasant Grove Road after a car hit a tree and the driver ran into the woods. A second person was also spotted running from the vehicle. A 34-year-old woman was taken to a hospital, according to fire reports. Paramedics performed CPR on a woman who had been inside the car and she was taken to Washington Regional Medical Center, according to police reports. The car was towed.

• One car in a two car accident hit the retaining wall at 4:16 p.m. Thursday near 12th and Walnut street at the Center for Nonprofits. A 17-year-old woman was hospitalized with head pain after the incident.

• A three vehicle accident blocked traffic at 2:21 p.m. Thursday near 2525 N.E. Hudson Road.

• An injury accident was reported at 1:23 p.m. Sunday from 900 W. Robinson.

• A pedestrian struck by a vehicle was reported at 12:06 p.m. Saturday.

• An injury accident was reported at 3978 N. 56th St. at 11:51 a.m. Saturday.

• A disturbance was reported at 6:31 p.m. Saturday from Northwest Medical Center -- Bentonville, 3000 Medical Center Parkway.

• Threats were reported at 12:46 p.m. Saturday from 3108 S.W. Pine Valley Road.

• An armed person was reported at 11:45 a.m. Sunday from 10 W. 15th Street after a man threatened another man with a knife.

• Breaking or entering was reported at 11:15 a.m. Sunday from 324 S. Dickson after $100 and a judo uniform was stolen from a car on Saturday.

• Breaking or entering was reported at 10:12 a.m. Sunday from 2706 N. Ashbrook Drive after tools were stolen out of a truck box.

• Theft of gas was reported at 2:46 a.m. Sunday from 2720 W. Wedington Drive.

• Assault and battery was reported at 1:45 a.m. Sunday from 422 W. Dickson St. after a woman said a man shoved her to the ground.

• A person reported someone opened a sliding glass door and threw a smoke bomb inside a house at 1:32 a.m. Sunday from 1642 N. Boxley Ave.

• Breaking or entering was reported at 1:13 a.m. Sunday from 3642 N. Whippoorwill Court.

• Criminal mischief was reported at 1 a.m. Sunday from 606 W. Cheshire Court after people were spotted throwing fireworks off a balcony in an attempt to hit cars.

• A fight was reported at 12:28 a.m. Sunday from 1322 N. Chickadee Ave.

• Breaking and entering was reported at 12:04 a.m. Sunday from 3642 N. Whippoorwill Court.

• Five drunk men setting off fireworks were reported at 11:58 p.m. Saturday in a field near Lake Sequoyah Park, 6608 E. Lake Sequoyah Drive.

• A fight was reported at 11:45 p.m. Saturday from behind the 1700 block of North Lewis Avenue.

• A man and a woman fighting was reported at 11:41 p.m Saturday from 2817 N. Garland Ave.

• Fireworks being shot off into a person's window was reported at 11:39 p.m. Saturday from apartments at 1714 N. Templeton Place.

• A disturbance was reported at 11:16 p.m. Saturday from The Cardinal at West Center, 831 W. Center St. A security guard confronted an intoxicated man who was running the stairs and asked him to return to his apartment. The man shoved the security guard and ran off.

• People shooting fireworks at each other in the street was reported at 11:01 p.m. Saturday from 618 W. Reagan St.

• People on the fourth floor shooting fireworks into the street at passing cars was reported at 10:26 p.m. Saturday from 413 N. West Ave.

• Two people called police at about 10:20 p.m. Saturday to report an argument in the street that started over fireworks at duplexes 1827 W. Deane St. One person said 20 people were involved and the second said there could be 50.

• A person called police at 9:18 p.m. Saturday from 2590 W. Sycamore St. after seeing a man and a woman fighting in a grassy area near Porter. One of them hit the ground, the person told police.

• Theft of property was reported at 8:41 p.m Saturday from Garland Avenue and Wedington Drive.

• Breaking and entering was reported at 8:39 p.m. Saturday from near College Avenue and Ella Street.

• A fight between a woman wearing a bathing suit with blood on her face and a man was reported at 6:15 p.m. Saturday from near a gasoline station at 3831 N. Crossover Road.

• A woman told police that a drunken man broke down her door at apartments at 1515 Red Tip Drive, grabbed her keys, pushed her to the ground and left. The incident started after the man came to pick her up at 3:05 p.m. Saturday near 2817 N. Garland Drive and she took the keys from him because he was intoxicated. She ran toward her apartment and he followed, the woman told police.

• Burglary and theft of a laptop and television was reported at 2:34 p.m. Saturday from 1234 W. Augusta Drive No. Apt. 5.

• A woman called police at 12:05 p.m. Saturday from Neighborhood Market, 3475 W. Black Forest Drive, to report she had found clothes stolen from a Laundromat on Friday.

• Theft was reported at 10:59 a.m. Saturday from 1000 S. Futrall Drive.

• Criminal mischief was reported at 9:30 a.m. Saturday from 799 S. Regency Drive after a back window was found broken out of a Pontiac Grand Am.

• A woman with an intellectual disability was reported missing at 12:46 a.m. Sunday from the 5800 block of South 45th Street. Police found the woman near Mount Hebron Road at 2:38 a.m.

• Shoplifting was reported at 10:44 p.m. Saturday from Walmart, 2110 W. Walnut St., after a man spotted concealing computer accessory, then cutting a cellphone from its packaging, was detained at self-checkout.

• A manager at Embassy Suites, 3303 S. Pinnacle Hills Parkway, reported an employee had been sexually assaulted by a guest earlier in the week at 2:05 p.m. Saturday.

• Criminal mischief was reported at 1:51 a.m. Saturday from 3008 S. G St. after someone egged a house.

• Shoplifting of an Xbox game, apple cable was reported at 4:59 p.m. Thursday from Walmart, 4208 S. Pleasant Crossing Blvd. The shoplifter ran out the door and into a waiting car, according to police reports.

• Two women were reported as fighting with a broomstick at 11:52 a.m. Thursday near 1015 N. 12th St.
