LITTLE ROCK — A judge has denied bail for a 14-year-old boy arrested in the deaths of his grandparents in Conway.
The Faulkner County prosecuting attorney's office said the teenager, whose name hasn't been released, was denied bail during a court hearing Friday morning.
Prosecutor Cody Hiland has said he would wait for the full police report before deciding the exact charges and whether to charge the boy as an adult or juvenile.
Hiland says he expects more arrests to be made in the fatal shooting of Robert and Patricia Cogdell, who were both 66. They were found fatally shot Wednesday afternoon.
The teen, who lived with the Cogdells, is being held on two potential counts of capital murder.
