Randy Hignight has joined Crye-Leike's Springdale office. He has more than 20 years of experience as a Realtor, mortgage lender and title researcher. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Arkansas Realtors Association and the Northwest Arkansas Board of Realtors.

Vida and Joe Baker of the Rogers Sewing Center received the District Dealer of the Year Award at Bernina University, Bernina of America's annual dealer training conference, held July 9-12 in Scottsdale, Ariz. Bernina of America manufactures sewing, embroidery and quilting machines.

Linda Hobkirk, executive broker and senior vice president at Coldwell Banker Harris McHaney and Faucette, was named an Inman Ambassador for the forthcoming Inman Connect conference in San Francisco. Inman is a real estate industry news company. Hobkirk accepted the position of social media director at Coldwell Banker earlier this year. She is a Form Simplicity application instructor, teaches agents about digital platforms and sits on the Northwest Arkansas Board of Realtors MLS (multiple listing service) committee.

Leah Thompson was promoted to executive administrative assistant for the president/chief executive at Cornerstone Bank's Eureka Springs headquarters. She has worked at the bank for two years and was branch manager at the Berryville branch. Thompson replaces Autumn Hudgins, who was appointed assistant vice president/loan officer in Huntsville. Thompson graduated from the University of Arkansas with a bachelor's degree in education in 2011.

Jaclyn Cochran was named director of operations at Fayetteville Montessori School. She has 15 years of experience in early childhood education and is returning to the school after holding various positions between 2001-2008. She was the program manager of the Better Beginnings program, a quality rating and improvement system for early child care and school age programs with the Arkansas Department of Human Services. She also worked as a child care licensing specialist for five years while with the department.

Dr. Justin Voris is joining SouthPointe Family Practice at 3808 Gary St. in Fort Smith in August. He will offer a full range of services with an emphasis in outpatient clinical care, minor surgical procedures including permanent sterilization for men and women and other women's health services including prenatal and obstetric care. Voris is a graduate of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and completed his residency at UAMS West Family Medicine in Fort Smith. He was appointed to the Fort Smith Airport Commission last fall.
