A Rogers man won $100,000 with an Arkansas Scholarship Lottery scratch-off instant game ticket on Monday, lottery officials announced.
Kenneth Carmical purchased a Make My Month $5 game ticket at Casey's General Store at 514 N. Second St. in Rogers.
Carmical told lottery officials he plans to pay off bills with his winnings.
