Sheriff: Deputies arrest Arkansas man asleep in warehouse

MOUNTAIN HOME, Ark. — Authorities have arrested a man in northern Arkansas who they say fell asleep inside of a warehouse that he broke into.

The 32-year-old suspect was being held on a $5,000 bond Sunday at the Baxter County jail. The Mountain Home man faces charges of breaking and entering and drug paraphernalia possession.

The Baxter County Sheriff's Office says the warehouse owner found the suspect on Thursday morning asleep in a chair. Deputies say he had stacked and sorted unspecified warehouse items into two piles before he fell asleep.

They say the man had a methamphetamine pipe in his possession.
