• Rickey Allen Lay, 21, of 2919 Meridian Place apartment 2 in Siloam Springs was arrested Saturday in connection with failure to appear for a felony offense. Lay was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• Cody Edward Taylor, 22, of 12143 Key West Savage Road in Bentonville was arrested Saturday in connection with contempt of court. Taylor was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Fayetteville
• Haylen Thomas, 19, 5911 Tackett Drive in Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with theft by receiving. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $3,500 bond Saturday.
• Zachary Stay, 32, 16682 Stage Coach Road in Gravette was arrested Friday in connection with parole violation, breaking or entering a building, theft of property and possessing instruments of crime. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $3,500 bond Saturday.
Springdale
• Tomas Silva, 22, 4092 Green Drive in Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia and three misdemeanor offenses. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $5,000 bond Saturday.

• Loni Loren, 21, Singletree Avenue in Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with terroristic threatening and a misdemeanor offense. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $5,000 bond Saturday.
• David Gwartney, 31, 273 Village Lake Drive in Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with felony failure to appear. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with a $50,000 bond and a $2,056 bond Saturday.
