Police seek missing Benton woman

Benton police are working to locate a woman who went missing earlier this week.

Pamela Tucker, 39, of Benton, was last seen at about 8:30 a.m. Tuesday getting into a black Ford F-150 extended cab truck at the Saline County sheriff’s office on Neeley Street, Benton Police Department spokesman Lt. Kevin Russell said in a news release.

Authorities said they don’t think she’s in danger. They do believe she’s still in the central Arkansas area.

Tucker is 5-foot-5 with dark hair, usually worn in a ponytail, and she was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt and dark sweat pants. Her last known address in Benton was on west Smith Street, the release states.
