Rock band Whitesnake will perform at Rogers’ Walmart AMP on Aug. 15, the venue has announced.
Whitesnake, founded by former Deep Purple singer David Coverdale, said its The Purple Tour will feature the band’s biggest hits — which include “Here I Go Again” and “Is This Love” — and songs from its new tribute record, The Purple Album, due for a May release.
Tickets for the 7 p.m. show will go on sale at 10 a.m. April 10 and can be purchased at the Walton Arts Center Box Office, which remains closed until the end of April; by calling (479) 443-5600; or by visiting www.amptickets.com.
