12th Street Station space topic of public meeting

Available space in the 12th Street Station is the topic for a public meeting later this week, the city of Little Rock announced Tuesday.

The station, which opened in September, features a 6,000-square-foot “mixed-use public facility,” city spokesman Luis Gonzalez said in an email.

Gonzalez said early discussions on development ideas for the space included health clinics, restaurants, shops, financial institutions and fresh produce/healthful food options.

Residents in the 12th Street neighborhood and developers interested in the available space are encouraged to attend the 6 p.m. meeting Thursday at the 12th Street Station at 3917 W. 12th St.
