The Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus will construct its latest version of "the greatest show on earth" in August during a stop in North Little Rock, Verizon Arena announced Wednesday.
The "Built to Amaze!" circus show will be at Verizon Arena at 7 p.m. Aug. 20; 7 p.m. Aug. 21; 11 a.m., 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. Aug. 22; and at 2 p.m. Aug. 23, Verizon Arena Director of Marketing said in a news release.
The show, led by ringmaster Andre McClain, will feature a fiery unicyclist basketball competition, aerial stunts, and single trapeze and crossbow acts, DeGeorge said.
The circus will have an all-access preshow an hour before showtimes for audiences to meet the cast, try on custom costumes and learn skills like juggling, the arena.
Tickets will range from $21 to $51, with a group discount of $4 per adult ticket for groups of 12 or more, Verizon Arena said. Those go on sale at 10 a.m. May 22 and can be purchased at the Verizon Arena box office, all Ticketmaster outlets, over the phone at (800) 745-3000 or online at www.ticketmaster.com.
