• Matthew Allen, 41, of 11351 Durham Road in Elkins was arrested Monday in connection with aggravated assault, first-degree false imprisonment and interference with emergency communication. He was being held Tuesday in the Washington County Detention Center on $3,500 bond.

• Michael Harlin, 35, of 1071 S. Jordan Road in Colcord, Okla., was arrested Tuesday in connection with violating probation. He was released Tuesday from the Washington County Detention Center on $2,500 bond.

• Christopher Lewis, 25, of 1210 S. Keen Lane in Fayetteville was arrested Monday in connection with contempt of court. He was being held Tuesday in the Washington County Detention Center on $175,000 bond.

• Tamara Murphy, 42, of 23203-A W. Emma Ave. in Springdale was arrested Tuesday in connection with delivery of two controlled substances. She was being held Tuesday in the Washington County Detention Center on $6,675 bond.

• Jacob Proctor, 24, of 559 N. Betty Jo Drive in Fayetteville was arrested Monday in connection with contempt of court. He was being held Tuesday in the Washington County Detention Center on $175,000 bond.

• Tammy Williams, 53, of 18 Trenton Blvd. in Fayetteville was arrested Monday in connection with contempt of court. She was being held Tuesday in the Washington County Detention Center on $175,000 bond.

• A burglary and theft of TVs and other items were reported at 6:02 p.m. Monday at 950 S. Baldwin Ave.

• A gunshot was reported at 7:45 p.m. Monday at 270-12 N. Tanzanite Trail, but police found no physical evidence of a shooting. Three or four gunshots were reported the night before about a block away on Lapis Lane.

• A scooter was reported stolen at 9:53 pm. Monday at 1217 W. Stadium Drive.

• A break-in was reported at 1:20 a.m. Tuesday at 351 E. Pharris Drive.

• A break-in was reported at 8:20 a.m. Tuesday at 1428 S. School Ave.

• A burglary was reported at 9 a.m. Tuesday at 1380 S. Washington Ave.

• A vehicle was reported stolen at 9:28 a.m. Tuesday at 1900-67 N. Garland Ave.

• Callers reported scams where someone claiming to be with Publishers Clearing House called asking for money. Similar scams purporting to be from the government are also common, police said. Government agencies will communicate by mail.

• Theft involving use of a credit card Sunday was reported at 4:26 p.m. Monday from 2503 W. Pleasant Grove Road.

• Theft of a check was reported at 4:39 p.m. Monday from 2017 W. Margaret Place.
