An El Dorado woman won $250,000 in the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery's second-chance drawing on Tuesday, lottery officials announced.
Sharon Talley purchased a non-winning 100X the Cash instant game ticket at E.T. Relay Station at 500 N. College Ave. in El Dorado. She was selected as the winner in the "Play it Again Second Chance Drawing" held online by the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery.
Talley told lottery officials she plans to pay off some bills and add to her savings.
