A Fayetteville man was killed Friday morning in a single-vehicle wreck on Interstate 49 in Fayetteville, according to a fatal crash report from Arkansas State Police.
Luis Arroyo-Ortiz, 35, was driving a 1998 Toyota 4Runner north on I-49, and lost control going around a curve. The vehicle struck a concrete barrier and flipped several times down an embankment, according to the report.
Conditions were wet and cloudy.
