Caroline Lewis, an attorney at Brad Hendricks Law Firm, snagged several photos of a bobcat Wednesday morning around 10 a.m. as it stalked and captured a chipmunk outside the business near Pleasant Valley Drive and Interstate 430.

The photos were first posted to the Facebook page Forbidden Hillcrest, where they attracted hundreds of likes and shares.

Several other workers reported seeing the cat in the area recently, Lewis said. She added it didn't make her nervous except for the threat it posed to pets.

"There are some dogs around so I think it's good that people say you should keep your cats and dogs inside," Lewis said.

Bobcats are found across the state, can weigh up to 30 pounds and have a range of up to 25 square miles, according to the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission.
