Benton County Sheriff's Office

• Robert Lee Babcock, 34, of 720 N. Third St. in Rogers was arrested Saturday in connection with felony failure to appear, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to manufacture methamphetamine or cocaine, two misdemeanor counts of failure to appear and a misdemeanor count of contempt. Babcock was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail on an incomplete bond of $16,095.

• Christopher Andrew Cooper, 44, of 504 S. 19th Place in Mount Vernon, Mo., was arrested Saturday in connection with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, and misdemeanor counts of driving on a suspended or revoked license, fleeing on foot and resisting arrest. Cooper was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Victoria Marie Duggar, 50, of 2908 Susan Carol Lane in Fayetteville was arrested Saturday in connection with felony fleeing by vehicle, and misdemeanor counts of driving while intoxicated, obstructing governmental operations and refusing to submit to an intoxication test. Duggar was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Kacie Etta Laswell, 22, of 1001 S. B St. in Rogers was arrested Sunday in connection with delivery or manufacture of a schedule I or II controlled substance. Laswell was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Bentonville

• Dalton Tyler Thomas, 18, of 10506 E. Arkansas 72 in Pea Ridge was arrested Saturday in connection with breaking or entering and misdemeanor theft of property. Thomas was no longer listed as an inmate Sunday in the Benton County Jail.

Fayetteville

• Iston Benjamin, 34, of 3000 S.W. Windrift in Bentonville was arrested Sunday in connection with fleeing, driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, reckless driving, disregarding a police officer, driving left of center, illegal passing, driving wrong way on a one-way street and no proof of insurance. Benjamin was released Sunday from the Washington County Detention Center on a $2,500 bond.

Pea Ridge

• Aarisen Davon Wright, 19, of 535 Lynn Drive was arrested Sunday in connection with three counts of felony second-degree battery, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor counts of criminal trespass and resisting arrest. Wright was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Nicholas Taylor Cline, 25, of 16397 Smith Road in Garfield was arrested Saturday in connection with felony aggravated assault, felony terroristic threatening, misdemeanor domestic battery, interference with emergency communications, violation of a protection order, five counts of misdemeanor failure to appear and a misdemeanor count of contempt. Cline was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail on a $22,500 bond.

• Andrew Anny Sihapanya, 24, of 1911 W. Emma in Springdale was arrested Saturday in connection with felony failure to appear and a misdemeanor count of contempt. Sihapanya was released Sunday from the Benton County Jail on a $915 bond.

• Joan Manuel Cabrera-Lopez, 34, of 1246 S. Sunset was arrested Saturday in connection with misdemeanor flight from an officer on foot and a Benton County warrant of conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance. Cabrera was being held Sunday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Washington County Sheriff's Office

• Steven Wilson, 48, of 15856 Delgado Road in West Fork was arrested Sunday in connection with second-degree domestic battery. Wilson was released Sunday from the Washington County Detention Center on a $1,500 bond Sunday.

• A hit-and-run accident was reported at 6:46 p.m. Friday from Southwest Naphtali Boulevard and Southwest I Street.

Fayetteville

• A hit-and-run accident was reported at 3:30 a.m. Sunday from the intersection of Crossover Road and Sapphire Road after a vehicle was located in the ditch about 25 feet from the road.

• A wreck was reported at 10:36 p.m. Saturday from 4456 W. Chaparral Lane after a 23-year-old woman hit a parked car and emerged bleeding from her car. The car was towed.

• A 17-year-old boy was taken to a hospital after a wreck reported at 2:33 p.m. Saturday from 5233 N. Arkansas 94.

• A 40-year-old man was taken to a hospital after a wreck between a car and a Ford Expedition reported at 4:41 p.m. Friday from the parking lot of Walmart Supercenter, 4208 S. Pleasant Crossing. One car was towed.

• A 6-year-old girl and 11-year-old boy were taken to a hospital after a three-car wreck reported at 4:41 p.m. Friday from the center turn lane near 2200 W. Walnut St. Two cars were towed

• A 62-year-old man was taken to a hospital after a three-vehicle wreck reported at 3:25 p.m. Friday from 4302 W. Olive St.

• A 1-year-old child was found wandering near the intersection of Center Street and Willow Avenue.

• A disturbance was reported at 10:27 a.m. Sunday from apartments at 1936 W. Mitchell St. after a 15-year-old boy attacked a relative and punched holes in the apartment walls.

• Rape was reported at 10:20 a.m. Sunday from Washington Regional Medical Center, 3215 N. Northhills Blvd.

• Theft of tools valued at about $1,000 was reported at 8:38 a.m. Sunday from 2056 N. Chestnut Apt. 7.

• Theft of a bike was reported at 7:37 a.m. Sunday from 2138 N. Chestnut Ave Apt. 10.

• A person with a gun was reported at 1:41 a.m. Sunday from near the intersection of Leverette Avenue and Peachtree Avenue. A large party was reported at 11:50 p.m. from 2068 N. Leverette Ave. as people parked in a nearby apartment complex and neighbors complained that there appeared to be a sorority gathering with underaged drinkers. Callers later in the evening reported hearing the pop of a gun and watching a dozen people scatter. People ran as police arrived and no victims were found.

• An intoxicated person was reported at 1:14 a.m. and 1:27 a.m. Sunday from 414 W. Dickson St. after a man was found passed out in the street between Shotz and Fusion. The 30-year-old man was hospitalized and booked into the Washington County Detention Center Sunday on public intoxication.

• Theft of a bicycle was reported at 12:53 a.m. Sunday from 705 W. Putman St., Apt. J4.

• Burglary was reported at 12:36 a.m. Sunday from 719 N. Gregg Ave.

• Burglary was reported at 11:36 a.m. Saturday from 337 N. Gregg Ave. after a person heard a window break.

• A 19-year-old woman was hospitalized after she showed up intoxicated and passed out at 11:25 p.m. Saturday at 329 N. West End.

• A road rage incident was reported at 10:40 p.m. Saturday from near the intersection of Wedington Drive and Salem Road after the driver of a white Chevrolet S10 made an obscene gesture at another driver.

• Assault and battery was reported at 7 p.m. Saturday from apartments at 1101 S. Curtis Ave. after a visitor found bruising around woman's eyes.

• Criminal mischief was reported at 6:11 p.m. Saturday from 458 S.E. Miami Loop Building 458, Apt. 9 after children shot out a window with a pellet gun.

• Assault and battery was reported at 5:12 p.m. Saturday from E-Z Mart, 1417 W. Martin Luther King Blvd. after a person saw a man hit a woman and she fell to the ground.

• Assault and battery was reported at 4:58 p.m. Saturday from 1761 E. Fairlane St. after a man told police he was bleeding from a head and face wound and had been chocked and beaten by a person who owes him money.

• Forgery and theft of $8,5000 through a scam was reported at 4:55 p.m. Saturday from the Fayetteville Police Department, 100 W. Rock St.

• Theft was reported at 12:03 a.m. Sunday from 1424 N. C St. after a person trying to sell a gift card gave out the number online and the buyer did not meet to pay as promised.

• A disturbance was reported at 7:19 p.m. Saturday from 1008 W. Oak St. An intoxicated man was arrested on misdemeanor counts of resisting arrest and obstructing governmental operations. The man was briefly hospitalized after hitting his mouth on the curb, according to police records.
