Missing Jacksonville 17-year-old sought

The Pulaski County sheriff's office is looking for a 17-year-old boy who went missing late Sunday.

Dontarius Taylor was last seen about 10 p.m. Sunday at his house at Old Tom Box Road in Jacksonville, authorities said. According to family members, he is known to frequent Searcy, Little Rock and Jacksonville.

Described as 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing 140 pounds, Taylor was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, blue jeans, and red and black shoes.

According to a sheriff's office report, Taylor was scheduled to appear in court this week. In the report, authorities say Taylor's stepfather, Brian Harris, told them that he believes Taylor ran away "with intentions of missing court," adding that Taylor has run away before.
