A 28-year-old Hot Springs man sought in connection with a woman's fatal shooting earlier this week has been arrested.
The Hot Springs Police Department said Kendrion Gulley was arrested about 6:30 p.m. Tuesday on a charge of first-degree murder.
Gulley is accused of fatally shooting 28-year-old Felicia Ann Mikel about midnight Sunday at 215 Oak St. in Hot Springs. Police said the shooting occurred after a dispute over personal property "allegedly owned" by a man tied to the killing.
Gulley surrendered after authorities surrounded a home he was in at 305 Vista Ave., the police department said in a statement.
