A teenager charged in the killings of his grandparents in Conway will face a jury trial in May, according to the Faulkner County circuit clerk's office.
Justin Staton, 14, has a pretrial hearing set for Dec. 9 ahead of his jury trial scheduled for May 16-26, the clerk's office said.
Staton pleaded not guilty to capital-murder charges earlier this year in the July deaths of Robert and Patricia Cogdell, both 66.
