• Luis Cobos-Cenobio, 26, of 1635 Purple Martin Drive in Springdale was arrested Monday in connection with possession of a controlled substance. He was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

Benton County Sheriff's Office

• Bethany Denise Ballard, 34, of 19040 Coppermine Road in Rogers was arrested Sunday in connection with felony second-degree domestic battery and revocation of a suspended sentence or probation. Ballard was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Julian Lee Hilliard, 42, of 805 S.E. Fifth St. in Bentonville was arrested Monday in connection with felony failure to appear. Hilliard was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Centerton

• Becka Ann Hayes, 36, of 770 Reisling was arrested Monday in connection with one count of felony failure to appear and 10 counts of misdemeanor failure to appear. Hayes was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail on an incomplete bond totalling $11,555.

Fayetteville

• Shana Perry, 23, of 1103 Christian St. in Springdale was arrested Sunday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center with bond set at $2,500.

• Brandon Warren, 25, of 406-D George St. in Hope was arrested Sunday in connection with financial identity fraud. He was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center with bond set at $2,500.

Tontitown

• Michael Powell, 31, of 711 Santa Fe Ave. in Chanute, Kan., was arrested Sunday in connection with second-degree endangering the welfare of a minor, second-degree battery, resisting arrest and fleeing. He was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center with bond set at $5,000.

Washington County Sheriff's Office

• Charles Foster, 21, of 22468 Butler Ford Road in Springdale was arrested Sunday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member and third-degree domestic battering. He was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center with bond set at $3,500.

• Martin Hollingsworth, 49, of 1869 Harris Drive in Fayetteville was arrested Monday in connection with breaking or entering. He was released Monday from the Washington County Detention Center on $2,500 bond.

• Mark Stover, 36, of 2017 Ballerina Road in Springdale was arrested Monday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member, third-degree domestic battering, second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree endangering the welfare of a minor. He was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center with bond set at $3,500.

• Brianne Usrey, 19, of 1212 S. Dunn Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested Sunday in connection with third-degree domestic battering and second-degree battery. She was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center with bond set at $6,060.

Fire

Rogers

• A person called firefighters at 8:12 a.m. Sunday from 641 N. E St. after a doorbell, ringing and stuck, began to emit an electrical burning smell. Firefighters disconnected the deteriorated wiring in the doorbell.

• A pressure washer in the tire and lube department at Walmart, 2110 W. Walnut St., set off a fire alarm and lights in the store at 8:14 p.m. Sunday. No fire was found.

Springdale

• Firefighters responded at noon Sunday to a fire at 2842 Granny Smith Ave. A 36-year-old man was taken to Northwest Medical Center-Springdale.

Benton County Sheriff's Office

• A hit-and-run accident was reported at 11:08 a.m. Sunday from Dollar General, 14161 E. Arkansas 12, after a car sideswiped another vehicle and drove off.

Bentonville

• A hit-and-run accident was reported at 9:09 p.m. Sunday from 604 S.W. Pearl Drive.

• A hit-and-run accident was reported at 3:26 p.m. Sunday from 607 S.W. Diamond Drive.

Fayetteville

• A man was treated for superficial injuries and released from Washington Regional Medical Center after running off the road on a motorcycle near the intersection of Mount Comfort Road and North Porter Road at 9:37 p.m. Sunday.

Rogers

• A three-car accident was reported at 2:06 p.m. Sunday from the intersection of New Hope Road and Bellview Road. A 16-year-old boy was hospitalized.

• A hit-and-run accident was reported at 8:19 p.m. Sunday from 704 S. 23rd St. after a man who appeared to be intoxicated drove into another car, then jumped out and ran toward Oak Street on 24th Street. Neighbors called police about the man. His car was impounded.

Benton County Sheriff's Office

• A disturbance was reported at 9:32 p.m. Sunday from Fairways Apartments, 2900 N. Dixieland Road in Little Flock, after a woman told deputies she had been choked, pushed and slapped by another woman.

• Theft was reported at 7:52 p.m. Sunday from 22351 Sawmill Road in Siloam Springs.

• A fight was reported at 2:54 a.m. Sunday from 2970 Old Wire Road in Springdale. A person told deputies the night started as a birthday party and more than 20 people were fighting and some had guns. There were 21 people questioned, according to Benton County records, with Springdale, Bethel Heights and Cave Springs officers responding to the incident.

• A disturbance among family members was reported at 10:24 p.m. Saturday on Winningham Road in Gentry after a man called deputies and said he'd been threatened with a gun and his vehicle was hit by a metal baseball bat. The man, who was hiding behind a boat, said he'd backed down a dirt road to escape his attackers until his vehicle was no longer operable. The argument began over a Facebook post a month earlier, the man told deputies.

• Theft of a checkbook and debit card was reported at 7:58 a.m. Saturday from 11700 Mill Dam Road in Bentonville.

• A disturbance was reported at 1:14 a.m. Saturday from 14499 Zimmerman Lane after a woman on a golf cart said two teenage boys carrying fishing gear had been on her dock and shoved her.

• Theft of a trailer tag was reported at 8:03 p.m. Friday from 8358 Old White River Road in Rogers.

• Theft was reported at 7:55 p.m. Friday from 2101 S. Promenade Blvd. in Rogers.

• Theft of a car and a debit card was reported at 6:01 p.m. Friday from 8780 Haven Drive in Rogers.

• A purse was reported stolen from a vehicle at 3787 N. Breakstone Drive at 1:28 p.m. Sunday.

• A Protect Fayetteville lawn sign was reported stolen and replaced by another reading "Bigotry and xenophobia will not be tolerated" at 2318 W. Lawson St. at 3:05 p.m. Sunday.

• A bicycle was reported stolen from 721 W. Wynstone Drive, No. 105B at 5:01 p.m. Sunday.

• A vehicle break-in was reported at 1625 N. Whistling Straits Ave., No. 402 at 5:18 p.m. Sunday.

• A vehicle break-in was reported at 2777 N. Club Drive, No. 1 at 6:23 p.m. Sunday.

• A burglary was reported at 780 S. Wilmington Ave., No. 210 at 6:37 p.m. Sunday.

• A bicycle was reported stolen from 620 W. Lafayette St., No. 33 at 6:52 p.m. Sunday.

• A caller reported two women throwing beer bottles at people at 350 W. Rock St. at 1:26 a.m. Monday.

• An aluminum picnic table was reported stolen from 2 W. Dickson St. at 10:47 a.m. Monday.

• A leafblower was reported stolen from 1708 W. Osage Bend at 12:30 p.m. Monday.

• A leafblower and a weed trimmer were reported stolen from a truck at 4277 W. Patrick St. at 12:49 p.m. Monday.

Rogers

Two commercial burglaries early Monday morning appear to be linked, based on surveillance video, police said Monday. A commercial burglary was reported at 1:48 a.m. Monday from Cabela's Power Sports, 2703 W. Ajax Ave., after an alarm. Police found tires near the fence which appeared to be placed so they could be retrieved later and gasoline was believed to be stolen. A second commercial burglary alarm was reported at 2:16 a.m. Monday from Midland Industrial Service, 2953 S. Honeysuckle Lane. The front door was broken in and three laptops were stolen. An employee responding to the alarm call at Midland described a silver sport utility vehicle with red tape on the passenger tail light driving away from the building. A police investigation is ongoing.

• Theft of an iPad and $65 was reported at 10:09 p.m. Sunday from 903 E. Lakeview Drive.

• Theft of a car was reported at 8:22 p.m. Sunday from 2707 W. Easy St.

• A disturbance was reported at 6:20 p.m. Sunday from Neighborhood Market, 1819 S. Eighth St., after a man in a white Cadillac Escalade tried to start a fight with the driver of a fuel tanker.

• A disturbance was reported at 7:04 p.m. Sunday from 44th Place and Blossom Way Drive after a man began pushing a construction worker as he was placing signs to notify drivers of road construction.

• Residential burglary was reported at 4:59 p.m. Sunday from 1199 S. Ninth St.

• Counterfeit money was reported at 12:34 p.m. Sunday from 215 S. Eighth St. after a couple left a $5 counterfeit tip for their waitress.

• Theft of a wallet stolen from a woman's purse was reported at 12:15 p.m. Sunday from Temple Baptist Church of Rogers, 1812 S. Dixieland Road.

• Theft of a 2002 black Acura was reported at 9:33 a.m. Sunday from 2315 S. Matterhorn Blvd. The keys had been in the vehicle when it was stolen, a person told police.

• Breaking or entering was reported at 8:29 a.m. Sunday from 1303 W. Rolling Oaks Drive. A person told police the car was broken into, the radio stolen and someone had smoked in the car.
