• Whitney Ann Watts, 33, of 12 Taransay Circle in Bella Vista was arrested Friday in connection with misdemeanor failure to appear, theft and hindering apprehension or prosecution. Watts was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Dakota Cy Smith, 28, of 799 Shores Ave. in Cave Springs was arrested Friday in connection with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Smith was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Christopher Allen Stills, 32, of 2313 Meadow Drive in Rogers was arrested Friday in connection with possession of a controlled substance. Stills was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• A theft of a rifle was reported at 4:04 p.m. Thursday from 675 Curtis Ave. in Pea Ridge.
