— Chad Spanberger went 3 for 3 with four RBIs in Arkansas' 6-2 win over Creighton Tuesday night.

He got the Razorbacks on the board with a two-run home run off the scoreboard in the second inning, then added an RBI single and RBI double in the fourth and sixth innings, respectively.

That proved to be enough offense for Arkansas (22-15), which used seven pitchers.

Starter Isaiah Campbell (3-0) gave the Razorbacks three solid innings, allowing only two hits. He faced the minimum - nine - because both runners were caught stealing by Grant Koch.

The only Arkansas pitcher to get into trouble was Josh Alberius, who gave up a walk, single and hit by pitch to load the bases with two outs in the sixth.

That prompted coach Dave Van Horn to bring in Kacey Murphy. After allowing a two-run double to Reagan Fowler, he limited the damage by striking out Matt Gandy.

Outside of Alberius, Arkansas' bullpen - which consisted of Weston Rogers, Murphy, Blaine Knight, Jordan Rodriguez and Doug Willey - didn't allow a run or walk in 5 1/3 innings.

Willey earned his third save of the season, getting the last four outs of the game.

Clark Eagan, Luke Bonfield and Michael Bernal each went 2 for 4 for the Razorbacks, while Harrison Crawford had the best day for the Bluejays, going 3 for 4.

Creighton (25-8) entered the game No. 32 in the RPI, while the Razorbacks were No. 128.

Arkansas has won three straight midweek games, but will try to snap an eight-game SEC losing streak Thursday at Kentucky. First pitch is scheduled for 6 p.m. and the game will air on the SEC Network.
