A Sherwood District Court judge on Tuesday kept in place the $200,000 bails set for three teens by a county judge this weekend following their arrests in the killing a local high school student.

The teens, Xavier Porter, 17, Trevone Miller, 14 and Quincy Parker, 15, were arraigned on murder and aggravated assault charges Tuesday, appearing by video in front of Sherwood District Judge Milas Hale.

The teens answered the judge's questions confirming their addresses but otherwise made no statements.

The case files were sealed over the weekend and police have released few details about the death of 17-year-old Bryan Allen Thompson, who was found dead in a car parked at a Sherwood recreational center Thursday.

Attorney Ron Davis was present to represent Porter. Davis did not argue for a lower bond, telling reporters afterwards that such an amount was reasonable in capital murder cases, which is the charge against Porter and Parker.

The youngest of the trio, Miller, faces a lesser charge of first-degree murder. Miller's parents were in the courtroom for their son's arraignment but declined to comment.
