Police stop vehicle in Little Rock, find meth, marijuana, pills; woman arrested

Heather Elder, 34, of Fayetteville, was arrested Wednesday on drug charges after Pulaski County sheriff's deputies stopped her at Fair Park Boulevard and Interstate 630. An arrest report said deputies found more than 6 ounces of methamphetamine, marijuana, pills and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle she occupied. The report didn't say whether she was driving or a passenger.

Charges included possession of methamphetamine with purpose to deliver, and three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia used for methamphetamine, all felonies.

Her bail was set at $55,000, and she has a May 24 court date.
