Construction will require the closing of the Interstate 440 westbound on-ramp from Fourche Dam Pike in Little Rock and a detour Tuesday night, the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department said.
Crews completing work in anticipation of moving traffic onto a temporary ramp will require closing the on-ramp beginning at 11 p.m. It will be closed until 6 a.m. Wednesday, weather permitting.
Motorists on Fourche Dam Pike wanting to access I-440 westbound will need to use Lindsey Road, the department said.
The work was originally to take place Monday night, but it was rescheduled because of rain.
