Little Rock woman's vehicle found on fire hours after carjacking

A Little Rock woman's car was found burning early Tuesday after she was carjacked shortly after midnight, police reported.

Officers responded about 1:39 a.m. to 2450 S. Park St., where Elesha Easter, 33, said she'd been driving to Waffle House when a dark-colored vehicle pulled up next to her and a man with a pistol approached, according to a police report. The man forced her out of the car, then drove away in the maroon 2016 Toyota Camry, the report said.

No injuries were reported.

North Little Rock police found the vehicle on fire at 1310 W. Long 17th St. shortly after Easter reported it stolen, according to the report.

The robber was described as black, 6-foot-1 and 200 pounds.
