Boy, 13, charged with armed robbery in Little Rock

Police arrested a 13-year-old boy on accusations that he had pulled a gun Wednesday night and pointed it at another person's head, according to a report.

Officers were called around 8:09 p.m. to 43 Warren Drive in Little Rock. There they met James Dillon, who told them he had been near 11500 Chicot Road, sitting inside his vehicle with a 13-year-old when the teen revealed a handgun and pointed it at his head, according to the report.

Dillon wrestled away the gun and then let the teen out of his vehicle, he told police. Dillon told police the boy asked for the gun back because it was his mother's, the report said.

Police later found the teen at 7407 Royal Oaks Drive during a search of the property, according to the report.

The teen was charged with aggravated robbery and possession of a firearm by a minor, the report said.
