LITTLE ROCK — Zach Welz doubled and singled twice as the Arkansas Travelers topped the Northwest Arkansas Naturals 3-2 on Saturday.
Bo Way singled three times, also stealing a base for Arkansas.
Down 2-1 in the fourth, NW Arkansas tied it up when Zane Evans hit a solo home run.
The Travelers went out in front in the seventh inning when Jabari Henry hit an RBI double, bringing home David Fletcher.
Zach Nuding (2-2) got the win with a scoreless inning in relief while Miguel Almonte (1-1) took the loss in the Texas League game. Eduardo Paredes retired the side in order for his seventh save of the season.
Terrance Gore singled twice, also stealing three bases for the Naturals.
