A Rogers man accused of raping a 6-year-old girl in Lowell was arrested Wednesday, according to a news release posted on the Lowell Police Department's Facebook page.
Christopher Blake Russell, 29, was questioned Wednesday after the initial report of the rape was made Sunday , according to the news release, which does not provide details of the accusations. Russell confessed to sexual acts with the girl, according to the news release.
Russell was arrested in connection with rape and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to Benton County jail records. He was being held Friday afternoon in lieu of a $75,000 bond.
