Lindsay Beth Harris and Tyler Caleb Meadors exchanged marriage vows Saturday, July 9, in Arkansas State University's Cooper Alumni Center, Jonesboro. Cecil Fuller of First Baptist Church in McCrory officiated.

Jane and Terry Harris of McCrory are the parents of the bride. She is the granddaughter of Peggy and Gene Harris of Colt and the late Nina and Louis James of McCrory.

Dianne and James Meadors III of Fort Smith are the parents of the bridegroom. He is the grandson of Ella Mae and the Rev. Jim Meadors of Fort Smith and the late Mary Lee and Ralph Jarrett of Walnut Ridge.

The ceremony was held outside among white Roman columns and arbors covered with white wisteria. Music was by pianist Tom Miley of McCrory.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a fit-and-flare gown of satin, lace and English net embellished with pearls, silver bugle beads and gold jewels. The bodice was sleeveless with a scoop neckline and the skirt extended to a cathedral-length train. She carried a free form clutch of cream and white roses and hydrangeas.

Kristin Wood of McCrory was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Ashley Roberson of Wynne, Caryn Mclanahan of Hickory Ridge, Ashley McMahan of Conway, Layne James of Monticello and Abbey Leonard and Elizabeth Smith, both of Jonesboro. Junior bridesmaid was Kennedy Meadors of Fort Smith, niece of the bridegroom. They wore off-the-shoulder champagne-colored dresses and carried smaller versions of the bridal bouquet.

Flower girls were Mia Meadors of Fort Smith, niece of the bridegroom, and Gracy Roberson and Rylee Jean Roberson, both of Wynne and cousins of the bride. Ring bearers were Oaks Meadors of Bay Village, nephew of the bridegroom, and Sy Roberson, also of Wynne, cousin of the bride.

The bridegroom's honor attendants were his brothers: Trevor Meadors of Fort Smith and Cory Meadors of Bay Village. Groomsmen were Jared Wood of McCrory; Bryce Busby and Connor McAllister, both of Wynne; and Tel Britton, Cody White and Ryan Weir, all of Walnut Ridge.

A reception, also at the Alumni Center, followed the ceremony. Guests tables were centered with all-white garden style bouquets in tall crystal vases or gold candelabra surrounded by all white hydrangeas, roses and Queen Anne's lace.

The bride attended ASU and is a graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Medical Sciences with a bachelor's degree in dental hygiene. She is a hygienist at Little Rock Family Dental.

The bridegroom graduated from Arkansas Tech University at Russellville with a bachelor's degree in agriculture business. He has a master's in soil science from ASU, where he graduated summa cum laude. He is a Precision Ag consultant for Greenway Equipment in Des Arc.

The couple will make their home in Little Rock after a wedding trip to the Dominican Republic.
