Two men robbed a Little Rock restaurant at gunpoint late Monday, police reported.
Officers responded about 10:51 p.m. to Waffle House at 3202 Bankhead Drive, just south of Interstate 440 and Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport/Adams Field. Nancy Carroll, 21, said she was sitting in a booth when two men approached her from behind, forced her into the back of the business and held her and a restaurant employee at gunpoint, according to a police report.
One of the robbers then grabbed a cash register and fled on foot, according to the report. The other followed. The two were last seen running southeast from the Waffle House.

A restaurant employee, Lowell Hamrick, 57, was reportedly struck with a pistol and kicked during the holdup.
Surveillance cameras recorded the robbery, according to the report. The robbers are both described as black, about 5-foot-9 and 140 pounds. One of them wore a white shirt, gray shorts, blue shoes and a red bandanna. The other wore a black shirt and gray shorts.
