A man surrendered peacefully Thursday afternoon after a dispute that prompted the SWAT team to respond in Little Rock, according to police.

The initial call to the Little Rock Police Department came around 1:35 p.m. to a home at 4600 Princeton Drive, which is south of Interstate 630.

By 3:45 p.m., the a person had “exited his residence without incident,” police said in a later post to social media.

Little Rock police spokesman Richard Hilgeman said four minors were initially in the home. Three were able to leave, while one remained inside because of the man's threats, he said.

The man had not been named as of Thursday afternoon, and charges are pending, Hilgeman said.
