One person was killed and one was injured in a crash involving a single-engine plane in Jefferson County, according to the Arkansas State Police.
Spokesman Bill Sadler said the call of a plane crash came about 5 p.m. to a rural area the county southwest of Pine Bluff and near the Grant County border.
In addition to state police, the Jefferson County sheriff's office is responding at the scene, Capt. David Sims said.
