Police: 2 men arrested after fleeing from Little Rock business

Little Rock police arrested two Pine Bluff men Wednesday after officers saw them fleeing from a business at Mabelvale Pike and Baseline Road, according to arrest reports.

Police spotted Anthony Gillard, 25, and Marquez Vinson, 33, running from the business where it appeared two cars, one still running, were being stolen, police said. One vehicle had been loaded onto a trailer, police said.

According to the arrest reports, three vehicles were broken into and had their stereos removed.

Gillard had six felony warrants out of Pine Bluff, according to the arrest report, and Little Rock police charged him with three counts of breaking or entering, three counts of theft by receiving, one count of theft of property and one count of fleeing.

Police said Vinson had a pill bottle with 118 hydrocodone pills in his pocket. According to the arrest report, police charged him with three counts of theft by receiving, one count of theft of property, three counts of breaking or entering, one count of fleeing and one count of possession of hydrocodone with purpose.

Vinson and Gillard were listed in Pulaski County jail's inmate roster Wednesday night.
