Pine Bluff police are looking for the group of people who authorities said entered a home Saturday morning and killed one man in an attempted robbery, a spokesman for the police department said.
Police were called just before 1 a.m. Saturday to 1900 S. Poplar St., where they found 26-year-old Andre Eason dead on the floor of the home, according to a news release from the police department.
Witnesses reported that a group of people entered the home and demanded money. Several shots were fired, and Eason was killed, officer Richard Wegner said.
Police identified one of the shooters as 35-year-old Travis Price, who is wanted on a capital murder charge.
An investigation to determine the other shooters is ongoing, Wegner said.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Pine Bluff Police Department at (870) 730-2090 or (870) 541-5300.
