Armed robber holds up Little Rock gas station

Authorities are searching for a man who robbed a Little Rock gas station at gunpoint Sunday night.

The Little Rock Police Department said it happened about 9:15 p.m. at the Phillips 66 Superstop at 9718 N. Rodney Parham Road, which is just east of Interstate 430.

According to a police report, the manager told investigators the robber pointed a gun at him and demanded all the cash from the register. No one was injured.

The assailant then ran north from the area. Police searched but did not locate a suspect.

The robber is described as a black man in his 20s who stood about 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighed around 165 pounds. He was wearing a black hoodie, dark jeans and a red skull cap over his face.

No arrests have been made.
