Lawmaker set again to stop by C-SPAN

Fourth District U.S. Rep. Bruce Westerman is scheduled to be on C-SPAN's Washington Journal on Thursday at 7:30 a.m. He's expected to appear for about 45 minutes and he'll field questions from callers.

The program airs live.

Westerman made a similar appearance in July, chatting with C-SPAN host Pedro Echevarria for nearly 40 minutes. The topics last time included climate change, the Environmental Protection Agency and the Confederate battle flag.

C-SPAN, which stands for Cable-Satellite Public Affairs Network, was launched in 1979 by the cable-TV industry and televises Congress when it's in session.
