The Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department will hold a public meeting Dec. 8 in Morrilton to present and discuss plans to construct safety improvements on Arkansas 9 from Interstate 40 to the Conway County community of Solgohachia.
The meeting will be held from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the fellowship hall of Lonoke Missionary Baptist Church at 2662 Arkansas 9.
