West Memphis' defense held Little Rock Hall to minus 23 yards rushing in a 51-0 victory over the Warriors at Scott Field.

Little Rock Hall quarterback Jaden Hall completed a 41-yard pass on the first play from scrimmage and from then on the Blue Devils (4-2, 2-1 6A-East) held the hosts to minus yardage overall.
"That play for 41 yards probably was what our defense needed," West Memphis Coach Billy Elmore said. "We told our defense all week that [Hall] is athletic enough to give us trouble. I think that play made believers out of us."
West Memphis had two interceptions, both of which led to first-half touchdowns. Senior running back Devonte Dean, who rushed for all 87 of his yards in the first half, scored two touchdowns to lead the the Blue Devils to a 21-0 lead over Hall (2-4, 0-3) at halftime.
In the second half, senior Martavious Thomas rushed for 79 yards and a touchdown to lead a 23-0 West Memphis onslaught in the third quarter.
Junior Quincy Marshall scored one touchdown each in the final two quarters for the Blue Devils.
