State Fair winners

A number of entrants from Northwest Arkansas were named winners during judging Oct. 14-23 at the Arkansas State Fair in Little Rock.

YOUTH SCHOLARSHIPS

Sale of champions: Kendel Sisco of Western Grove, 18, showed the reserve grand champion steer for which the Arkansas Cattlemen's Association contributed $13,000; Laney Osbon of Wesley, 12, showed the grand champion market hog for which Steve Cobb and family contributed $10,000.
