Billy Blythe, Bonnie Montgomery's one-act opera (with libretto by Brittany Barber) about Bill Clinton's early years, will receive its first Arkansas fully staged and costumed production for Opera in the Rock's An Evening of One-Act Operas, 7:30 p.m. Friday-Saturday at Pulaski Technical College's Center for Humanities and Arts, 3000 W.
