A Little Rock man was found lying down in the middle of a Little Rock street with a gunshot wound Wednesday evening, according to a police report.
Responding officers gave Christopher Walker, 21, immediate medical attention near the 2800 block of 10th Street, according to the report. Detectives arrived on scene and transported Walker to a hospital, police said.
A witness told police that she came out of her home and saw Walker bleeding in the middle of the road, so she called 911, according to the report. The witness said she also saw a tan or maroon vehicle drive away shortly after she came out of her house, police said.
Officers searched the area and could not locate any other witnesses, police said. No suspects were identified on the report.
