• Devin Thomas, 32, of 205 S. Peerson Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with first-degree endangering the welfare of a minor and possession of drug paraphernalia. Thomas was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center on a partial bond of $2,000.

• Amelia Marie Holliday, 33, of 2363 John W. Montgomery Circle in Pea Ridge was arrested Thursday in connection with three counts of first-degree endangering the welfare of a minor. Holliday was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Charles Lee Allen Powell, 23, of 2831 Stagecoach Ave. in Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance with purpose to deliver. Powell was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• Nicole Dana Celeste Dunn, 21, of Rogers was arrested Friday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with purpose to deliver. Dunn was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Christopher Michael Rickerson, 21, of 2504 Tracee Way in Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with first-degree forgery and possession of drug paraphernalia. Rickerson was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Fayetteville
• Holly Howard, 20, of 1367 Chickadee Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with purpose to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Howard was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center on a partial bond of $1,500.
• Gregory Owens, 27, of 25 Pembrooke Lane in Bella Vista was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia. Owens was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center on a partial bond of $1,500.

• Clarissa Elizabeth Vennerbeck, 24, of 1201 S. Ninth St. in Rogers was arrested Thursday in connection with second-degree domestic battery. Vennerbeck was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail on a partial bond of $5,000.
• Francisco Javier Silva-Ballesteros, 21, of 1420 Lancelot St. in Lowell was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia and violating parole. Silva-Ballesteros was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• Jose Alfredo Constanza-Hurtado, 20, of 2400 S. Ill St. in Rogers was arrested Thursday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member and third-degree domestic battery. Constanza-Hurtado was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail on a partial bond of $10,000.
