A year ago in Florida, there was an incident where a college student was going wild in a neighborhood and attacked an older couple who were sitting in their driveway with their garage open. When the police arrived the young man was eating the older gentleman's face. The couple were both dead. This young man had no history of violence but I remember they mentioned some nasty drug that is circulating called, Flakka.
