4th Judicial Drug Task Force

• Cordarro Bogan, 31, of Fayetteville was arrested Tuesday in connection with six counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bogan was being held Wednesday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

• Lavan Hernton, 56, of 84 Seventh St., No. 2 in Fayetteville was arrested Tuesday in connection with delivery of a controlled substance, three counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and a parole violation. Hernton was being held Wednesday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

• Elexa Lyon Dostie, 19, of 11 Wroxham Lane in Bella Vista was arrested Tuesday in connection with unauthorized use of property to facilitate a crime, two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Dostie was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Scott Howard Dostie, 41, of 11 Wroxham Lane in Bella Vista was arrested Tuesday in connection with simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine or cocaine, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, endangering the welfare of a minor and unauthorized use of property to facilitate a crime. Dostie was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Gabriel Dean Gass, 18, of 414 McKnight Ave. in West Fork was arrested Wednesday in connection with commercial burglary, criminal mischief, theft of property and breaking or entering. Gass was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• James Gregory Kelly, 38, of 14593 It'll Do Road in Pea Ridge was arrested Wednesday in connection with possession with the purpose to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Kelly was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Courtney R. Hoffman, 33, of 1700 Willard St. in Springdale was arrested Wednesday in connection with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine or cocaine, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hoffman was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

• Elijah Waldner, 20, of Fayetteville was arrested Tuesday in connection with commercial burglary and theft of property. University of Arkansas and Fayetteville police identified Waldner as the person caught on surveillance video taking multiple tool bags and tools from Razorback Stadium early July 30, according to a preliminary report. Waldner was being held Wednesday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

• Brandon Graham, 22, of 507 Brent Drive in Sherwood was arrested Wednesday in connection with delivery of a controlled substance. Graham was released from the Washington County Detention Center on $2,500 bond.

• Lucas Starr, 22, of 12688 Sugar Hill Drive in Lincoln was arrested Wednesday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Starr was being held Wednesday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

• William Nobles, 21, of 228 Perry St. in West Fork was arrested Wednesday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Nobles was being held Wednesday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
