The annual Bernice Garden Tree Lighting Ceremony will take place Thursday at 5:30 p.m. at the Little Rock garden at 1401 Main St.
Choruses from Booker T. Washington Elementary School, Forest Heights Stem Academy and Dunbar Middle School will sing carols. The students will lead the countdown to light the tree.
M.L. King Magnet Elementary is sponsoring crafts for attendees of the event. Santa Claus also will make an appearance.
