• Garrian Lattimore, 28, of 4209 N. Valley Lake Drive in Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of a controlled substance. Lattimore was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
• Gabriel Vanwinkle, 23, of 672 Martha Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Vanwinkle was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
Benton County Sheriff's Office
• Lauren Kaye Mohney, 31, of 3020 Birch Place in Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Mohney was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
• Stephanie Marie Wimsatt, 43, of 8030 Shepherds Hill Drive in Decatur was arrested Thursday in connection with theft of property. Wimsatt was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail on a $7,500 bond.
• Franklin Shane Clines, 27, of 3605 W. Beach Drive in Rogers was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia, residential burglary and theft of property and six counts of failure to appear. Clines was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail on a partial bond of $24,010.

• Michael Paul Bucholz, 49, of 44 Skyline Drive in Bella Vista was arrested Friday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and violating parole. Bucholz was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Rogers
• Michael Allen McCord, 38, of 14675 Blue Mountain Road in Prairie Grove was arrested Friday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. McCord was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Springdale
• Samantha Mansker, 28, of 1369 Ozark Acres Road in Bentonville was arrested Friday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. Mansker was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center on a partial bond of $195.
• Martwin Napken, 18, of 6220 Oriole St. was arrested Friday in connection with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and theft from a vehicle. Napken was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
• Sierra Key, 22, of 305 Westmoreland Ave. was arrested Friday in connection with second-degree domestic battery. Key was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
• Jody Randall, 29, of 1233 Wilson St. was arrested Friday in connection with forgery, delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and engaging in a continuing criminal gang, organization or enterprise. Randall was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center on a partial bond of $5,000.

• Juan Hipolito-Rodriguez, 26, of 2406 Trudy Place in Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member. Hipolito-Rodriguez was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center on a $5,000 bond and a hold from another department.
• Anthony Farrar, 18, of 10050 S. Arkansas 265 in Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with residential burglary. Farrar was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
• Nicholas Townsend, 18, of 455 E. Wallin Mountain Road in West Fork was arrested Friday in connection with residential burglary. Townsend was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
• Korey Bocox, 57, of 20765 Hickory Springs Road in Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with first-degree terroristic threatening. Bocox was being held Friday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
• Jared Caja, 24, of 1799 E. Stearns St. in Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with residential burglary, theft of property and first-degree criminal mischief. Caja was released Thursday from the Washington County Detention Center after posting a partial bond of $5,000.
