During 2016, Paxton Roberts created a strategic initiative plan for bicycling in Northwest Arkansas. Based on the results, Bicycle Coalition of the Ozarks is rebranding itself this month as BikeNWA and positioning itself as the region's overall bicycle alliance.

As its executive director, Roberts will work with all the nonprofits in the region, representing all forms of bicycling in Benton and Washington counties.
