Emergency repairs to a water pipe will require a temporary road closure today on West Stephenson Avenue in Harrison, the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department said.
A two-block section of Stephenson, also called Arkansas 392, between South Pine and South Cherry streets, will be closed from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Traffic will be detoured using signs and barricades, the department said.
