• Michael Preston Withers, 56, of 1 Rame Lane in Bella Vista was arrested Friday in connection with distributing, possessing or viewing of matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child. Withers was being held Saturday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Bentonville
• Cassie Ray Mota, 22, of Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance with purpose to deliver. Mota was being held Saturday at the Benton County Jail on a partial bond of $7,500.
• Anita R. Cortez, 31, of 2105 W. Emma Ave. Apt. B in Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Cortez was being held Saturday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Centerton
• Chase Dakota Bowman, 18, of 514 Butterfield Coach Road in Springdale was arrested Friday in connection with three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Bowman was being held Saturday with no bond set.
Fayetteville
• Jacob Allen, 35, of 1622 E. Arkansas 12 in Saturday in connection with theft by receiving. Allen was being held Saturday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set and a hold from another department.
Rogers
• Kyle Knappenberger, 22, of 20 Ports Mouth Drive in Bella Vista was arrested Friday in connection with three counts of residential burglary and three counts of theft of property. Knappenberger was being held Saturday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
Springdale
• Axton Emery, 26, of 17129 Hale Mountain Road in Morrow was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Emery was being held Saturday at the Washington County Detention Center on a partial bond of $1,500.
• Kyle Loneman, 33, of 1702 Shelby Ave. was arrested Friday in connection with rape and second-degree sexual assault. Loneman was being held Saturday at the Washington County Detention Center on a partial bond of $30,000.
• Christy Meadors, 44, of 2822 W. Wildwood Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Meadors was being held Saturday at the Washington County Detention Center on a $7,500 bond.

• Kenneth Sprecher, 44, of 12374 Pine Tree Road in Prairie Grove was arrested Friday in connection with possession of a firearm by certain persons and violating parole. Sprecher was being held Saturday at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.
• Dee Roberts, 52, of 201 Bell Ave. in Alma was arrested Friday in connection with obtaining a controlled substance by fraud. Roberts was released Friday from the Washington County Detention Center after posting a partial bond of $3,500.
• Shawna Landelius, 20, of 1834 Arkansas 74 in Wesley was arrested Friday in connection with delivery of a controlled substance. Landelius was being held Saturday at the Washington County Detention Center on a $3,500 bond.
• Clayton Miller, 34, of 12997 Bill Sellers Road in Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with computer child pornography and pandering or possession visual or print medium depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child. Miller was released Friday from the Washington County Detention Center after posting a $5,000 bond.
