Length: It's up to you, but four times around Level 3 is a mile; three times around Level 2 is just under a mile.
Main attractions: Too hot? Too cold? Raining? Join the mall walkers at Park Plaza. It's always comfortable and the doors open at 6 a.m. for walkers. Walk alone or join the Baptist Health Mallwalkers. Info at baptist-health.com.
Hazards: If you come later in the day, avoid the temptations of the Food Court. That'll negate all the calories you burn off by walking.
Dog, bike, tyke friendly? No bikes or dogs, but small fry would have fun.
